The specific policy features applying to a new vehicle include:
 

  • If your car is within 2 years of original registration and a total loss occurs, we will replace it with a new vehicle of the same make, model or series subject to availability
  • Market Value or Agreed Value options.
     

The general policy features applying to all vehicles include:
 

  • Lifetime Protected No Claim Discount or rating entitlement;
  • Your choice of repairer;
  • Hire car following theft;
  • Excess options;
  • Off road coverage;
  • Automatic car transfer;
  • Personal property in your car;
  • Travel, accommodation and emergency expenses;
  • Towing costs;
  • Trailer cover;
  • Cooling off period - within 14 days of effecting a new policy.
